In the heart of Worthing Town centre a fully fitted Gym, with the latest Cardio equipment and a full Olympic weights area with over 2000kg of free weights, showers and saunas..We have large Boxing Gym/Fight school on the second floor that offers a variety of classes from Kickboxing to cardio/circuits and Ab classes...The only gym in Worthing that has a Boxing ring and MMA cage.
